Cayman Thanksgiving is being held to designate a time in the Cayman Islands that will bring a greater and more specific focus on Caymanian heritage and culture. Borne out of love for our country and in the spirit of humility, kindness and service, this weekend-long national celebration will bring together families, friends and neighbours to express gratitude, mark the passage of hurricane season and celebrate a “Caymankind” of holiday.
It is meant to embrace our many cultures and reach out to the Caymanian diaspora and other people of the world who feel a sense of connection to our Islands.
Cayman Thanksgiving is being held to showcase a variety of Caymanian experiences that will portray our Caymanian culture and values and promote the celebration of all things Caymanian.
